Description:
The Committee on Women in the Legal Profession is excited to invite you to our first panel of our annual four-part series on Women in Intellectual Property. The panelists will discuss Notices of Termination under The Copyright Act, which permit authors or their heirs to terminate the grant of a transfer or license of an author’s copyright in a work set forth in 17 USC §§ 203, 304(c), and 304(d).
