Description:
The revolution has not come yet but women and aspiring leaders of all genders and generations must be purposeful in seeking change. An important component is giving generational/age DEI its deserved seat at the decision-making and influencing table. Join us for a multi-generational panel of lawyers as they discuss: generational perspectives on the legal profession; 10 tips on establishing a culture of generational inclusion and engagement; and the intersectionality of generational and other diversity factors. Bring your questions!
