Well-Being Week: Mindfulness Break & Yoga for Lawyers

In observance of Wellbeing Week in Law (May 2-6), the Mindfulness & Well-being in Law Committee presents a special lunchtime Mindfulness Break and Yoga for Lawyers program @ 12:30-1:30pm on 5/6.
Take a break during your work day for a little self-care to support your well-being. These two sessions will guide lawyers in mindfulness practices and mindful movement practices with the goal of creating a sense of greater inner peace and calm. Start with a half hour mindfulness program followed by a half hour yoga class.
Open to all. Just bring yourself and a mat if you have one.
