Members who are Law Students, Recent Law Graduates, Newly Admitted Lawyers (admitted for the first time in any state or country 2019-2021), In-House/Corporate Counsel, Judges, and attorneys that practice within the Government, Academic or Not-for-Profit sectors attend this program for free.

This CLE program focuses on the procedural aspects of appellate practice across all four departments of the Appellate Division in New York. Attendees will learn the methods for noticing and perfecting appeals in the Appellate Division under the Statewide Practice Rules enacted in 2018, including appeals requiring electronic filing and individual department rules. We will cover modifications and adjustments currently implemented in the Appellate Division regarding COVID-19.
