Description:
This CLE program focuses on the procedural rules of the Appellate Division and Court of Appeals in New York, including the effect COVID-19 has on these rules. Attendees will learn how to take and perfect appeals in New York’s Appellate Division, pursuant to the statewide practice rules, individual department rules, and electronic filing rules, and in New York’s Court of Appeals, pursuant to that court’s own unique rules of procedure.
Who Should Attend: Appellate practitioners and litigators who may find themselves engaged in an appeal.
