Conflicts of interest continue to plague lawyers despite their best efforts to avoid them. Because conflicts can take many forms and develop during the course of representation, conflicts, without question, can be both difficult to identify and potentially even harder to address. Join Kate Gould and Erin McCartney at Attorney Protective, as they discuss the Rules of Professional Conduct and analyze several potential conflicts of interest scenarios. Our speakers will provide real-world examples to help you determine whether a conflict exists and what action you should take, as they offer best practices for handling conflicts.
