This seminar will present practitioners with a working understanding of what AI is and what it can and cannot do. Too often the term "AI" has been bandied about without lawyers understanding the full consequences of its use. Among the topics the panel will cover are the following: 1) Ethical use of AI for professionals 2) Bias in AI 3) AI and evidentiary issues 4) AI and Compliance 5) What technology is "reliable" and how it should be used 6) Unauthorized practice of law.
