Contentious Divorces And Mediation: Addressing The Real
Contentious Divorces And Mediation: Addressing The Real "Best Interests” Of The Child: An Introduction to Point C
Wednesday, May 6, 2026, | 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
Format: WEBINAR
Description:
This program provides a timely and relevant exploration of critical issues impacting family law practice and the courts, particularly cases that have progressed and where conflict is deeply entrenched and the stakes for children are highest. Designed for attorneys, judges, and mediators alike, the program features a strong and diverse panel of experienced speakers examining family court litigation and the determination of a child’s “best interests.” The program also offers practical guidance for mediators, including strategies to move parties beyond impasse and break through stalemates common in high conflict matters.
