Join high-level representatives from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, NYS Division of Human Rights and NYC Commission on Human Rights for an inside view on how these agencies analyze complaints concerning reasonable accommodations in the workplace, with a focus on accommodations related to mental health issues and recent pregnancy accommodation laws. At this interactive presentation, panelists will also discuss recent developments in the law.
