Format: WEBINAR

Description:

Join the Acting District Director of the New York District Office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the General Counsel of the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the Deputy Commissioner of the New York City Commission on Human Rights as they take a deep dive into how their agencies investigate employment discrimination complaints. When do the agencies ask to speak with the parties or witnesses? How much back and forth is normal, and when is it indicative of a likely determination of probable cause? How often are determinations reconsidered and reversed? Hear from those in the know about these topics and more – including enforcement of the new salary transparency law – at this not-to-be-missed CLE.
