This annual ethics program is designed especially for in-house counsel and outside counsel advising their in-house clients.  Using a stimulating series of hypotheticals based on real-life experience, a panel of experts will review a variety of important professional responsibility issues that affect corporate counsel on a daily basis.

Program Fee:
$229 for Members | $329 for Nonmembers
In-House Counsel: Free for Members | $279 for Nonmembers
Members who are Law Students, Recent Law Graduates, Newly Admitted Lawyers (admitted for the first time in any state or country 2024-2026), In-House/Corporate Counsel, Judges, and attorneys who practice within the Government, Academic or Not-for-Profit sectors attend this program for free.

Connecticut: Available to Licensed Attorneys

*For New York Newly Admitted Attorneys: Skills credits completed after December 31, 2025, must be completed in the traditional live classroom setting or by fully interactive videoconference. For New York Attorneys:
