Description:
2023 has been a pivotal year for artificial intelligence law in New York. Attorneys need to become familiar with the regulation, impacts, usage, and safety, around artificial intelligence and machine learning. With commercial usage of AI accelerating and increased scrutiny from business leaders, regulators, the White House and Congress, lawyers are increasingly being asked to counsel clients in this area, and even use AI and machine learning in their own practices. This program will feature a broad range of perspectives on the evolving regulatory and ethical issues arising out of legal AI and machine learning practices and provide an overview of how practical solutions affects and intersects practice areas such as health; intellectual labor and employment; M&A: regulatory compliance in banking and finance; and diversity, equity & inclusion (“DEI”). As leaders in their respective practice areas, speakers will explore targeted subject matter, suggested usages and solutions to these wide range of issues and more!
