This program covers the basics of the purchase and sale of cooperatives, condominiums and houses. The program will also discuss the contract of sale, with special attention to the loan contingency and other most frequently negotiated contract provisions, provide an overview of basic residential loan issues, as well as general estate planning considerations, commonly encountered problems (such as combined apartments), and “how to” close a transaction.
