Artificial intelligence is transforming how nonprofit organizations operate, communicate, raise funds, and deliver services. This four-hour CLE program will explore the most pressing legal and ethical issues facing nonprofits as they adopt AI technologies, including governance and oversight, data privacy, intellectual property, fundraising and marketing considerations, employment implications, and emerging regulatory developments. Through practical guidance and real-world examples, attendees will gain the knowledge needed to advise nonprofit clients on leveraging AI responsibly while managing legal risk and maintaining compliance with their charitable missions and obligations.
