This program provides transitional/non-transitional credit to all attorneys
This program will cover the New York State history of cannabis prohibition, decriminalization, and the movement towards legalization, as well as current relevant case law on cannabis related issues, and finally, future 4th Amendment issues relating to legalized adult-use cannabis jurisdictions.
