This program provides transitional/non-transitional credit to all attorneys

Description:
This program will provide an overview of the statutory and constitutional protections for whistleblowers in government service at the local, state, and federal level, as well as the different remedies and processes for vindicating rights. An expert faculty will also discuss possible reforms.
