This program features some of the most prominent executive compensation attorneys in New York who will address, among other things:

(i)               Hot topics in executive compensation plans including  the possible impact of SEC proposals and recent federal legislation; 

(ii)              Frequently negotiated monetary provisions concerning, among other things, sign-on bonuses, make whole provisions, forgiveness of loans, equity issues, use of compensation consultants in public and not-for-profit organizations, possible indemnity provisions, and varying severance provisions in public and private companies; and

(iii)            Frequently negotiated non-monetary provisions such as the definition of termination for “cause,” resignation for good reason, restrictive covenants, one way non-disparagement provisions, and releases.

For New York Newly Admitted Attorneys: Skills credits completed after December 31, 2025, must be completed in the traditional live classroom setting or by fully interactive videoconference.
