Description:
Lawyers all over the country are home wondering how best they can serve their clients, both during this uniquely challenging time, as well as when they are at long last back to "normal." This panel will explore the advantages and shortfalls of government programs and other tools that may be available to small and large organizations, from the Paycheck Protection Program and SBA Disaster Loans, to furloughs and other employment actions, to renegotiations with lenders and vendors. The panel will focus on the hotel and hospitality industry in highlighting current challenges, but will touch on other industries and legal considerations as well. Panelists will also explore what they (and you) think the world will look like once we are back in the office -- and how to best position clients for that moment. Bring your questions!
