Description:
The panel will help practitioners spot and address advanced and emerging topics in licensing of publicity rights, including clauses that are controversial or are typically hotly negotiated (e.g., termination rights for bad behavior, how to treat existing third party licensees, review/approval rights over collateral), challenges in enforcement (particularly overseas), and more.
