For New York Attorneys: This live webinar format is acceptable for all attorneys (both newly admitted and experienced) for all credit types. Description:
Presumptive Alternate Dispute Resolution (PADR) has arrived. The courts are directing or offering presumptive ADR in broad categories of cases. Solos and Small Firm practices must be aware of its far-reaching affects upon them and their clients. This course provides an overview of the revolutionary opportunities of private and court-directed ADR in diverse practice areas and the benefits attorneys and their clients may derive from presumptive ADR. The panelists include seasoned attorneys, mediators and arbitrators in commercial, tort, family and matrimonial, landlord & tenant, employment discrimination, FLSA/wage and hour, ADA, trusts & estates and coop & condominium residential disputes. Comprehensive resource material will be provided. Becoming a mediator will also be discussed. A Q&A opportunity will follow in the live presentation.
