This annual program provides an update on the most important developments affecting advertisers over the last year. Marking the 25th anniversary of the program, the program will first take a look back at how advertising law has changed over the last twenty-five years, and how those developments will impact advertisers’ decision-making in the future. The program will then cover current federal, state, and local enforcement actions and enforcement priorities, as well as self-regulatory enforcement and guidance, as well as other hot topics, to help advertisers and their counsel get up to speed for the years ahead.
