High-Stakes Cybersecurity & Privacy Settlements

High-Stakes Cybersecurity & Privacy Settlements: Key Drivers, Dynamics, and Resolutions
Thursday, February 26, 2026 | 6:00pm - 7:30pm | Reception 7:30pm - 8:00pm

Format: In-Person

Description:
Join us for a presentation on cybersecurity and privacy settlements. Our distinguished panel of leading mediators and litigators from both plaintiff and defense sides will address the strategic considerations in resolving complex cybersecurity and privacy disputes, drawing on firsthand experience from high-stakes cases.

Participants will examine effective approaches and common pitfalls in settlement negotiations, gain insights into evaluating exposure and determining resolution ranges, and learn best practices for structuring outcomes that withstand judicial and regulatory scrutiny. Key settlement drivers, including statutory damages and other remedies under statutes such as the TCPA, VPPA, and FCRA, will be analyzed in the broader context of class action approval and enforcement trends.
