Description:
This panel, comprised of key participants in the enacting and implementing of New York State Criminal justice reform, will talk about the overhauls to the law coming on January 1. This discussion will include reforms to the bail, discovery and speedy trial statutes and how they impact clients and practitioners. Comprised of participants from different positions in the criminal justice system, this panel will educate all lawyers about these huge changes to the law.
