Description:
The legal landscape impacting election laws and campaign finance disclosure has changed significantly since the 2020 election. The first panel will examine developments in election laws and campaign finance disclosure impacting the business community, including increasing stakeholder pressure. The second panel will examine the risks inherent in corporate political spending, the potential for a disconnect between spending and stated corporate policies, and the consequences for board oversight of the process.
