Description:
The course will trace the development of mass arbitration, review recent trends and significant court decisions, and offer perspectives on the current landscape and its continuing evolution. Our panel will offer valuable insights from the perspectives of arbitrator, claimants' counsel, respondents' counsel, and arbitration-provider on the legal, administrative, and practical issues and challenges of mass arbitration.
