Description:
Small Law Firm Luncheon: Fostering Mental Health in the Legal Profession
We invite you to our upcoming Small Law Firm Luncheon, a unique opportunity to connect with peers while gaining valuable insights into mental health within the legal profession. This event will spotlight our Lawyers Assistance Program (LAP), a free and confidential service designed to support attorneys, judges, law students, and their families who are facing challenges such as alcohol or drug abuse, depression, anxiety, stress, and other mental health issues.
During the luncheon, we will delve into the prevalence of mental health concerns in the legal field and explore how LAP serves as a critical resource for those in need. Our featured speaker, a solo practitioner, will share their personal journey through mental health or substance use challenges, discussing the impact on their practice, the path to finding help and support, and strategies for maintaining mental wellness.
Don't miss this opportunity to learn, share, and support one another in fostering a healthier legal community. Join us for an informative and inspiring session that underscores the importance of mental health and well-being in our profession.
