The program begins on Monday, December 2, from 6 pm to 8 pm, with a Networking Kickoff Reception. This will feature a Kickoff Keynote with Glenn Leon, Chief, Fraud Section, U.S. Department of Justice. In a fireside chat, he will answer questions posed by James G. McGovern, a partner at Vinson & Elkins and former Chief of the Criminal Division, U.S. Attorney’s Office, EDNY. Topics will include: qualitative and quantitative trends in DOJ’s recent corporate enforcement; DOJ’s impact on compliance programs; advances by the Fraud Section in leveraging data analytics; and expected developments over the next year.
