A panel of experienced practitioners will cover a selected history of art forgery cases as well as several recent cases, including those involving the Knoedler Gallery. The faculty will also discuss the prevalence of forgeries in the current art market and its effect. This program is intended for those who practice art law, litigation and trust and estates law, as well as those with clients in the art industry, and business executives in the art industry.
