Description:
Although women make up a significant percentage of lawyers and a growing number of federal and state court judges, they continue to be underrepresented among arbitrators and mediators in commercial matters.  Our panel of experienced ADR professionals will discuss the state of representation of women in ADR at present,  existing programs and initiatives for recruitment and training to increase diversity in ADR, the career benefits for women lawyers in pursuing ADR training and how women can effectively establish themselves in the ADR arena.
