Description:
It is well established that the pandemic has disproportionately impacted women. But women have been leaving the law at alarming rates for some time. Our eminent panelists will discuss why the pandemic has aggravated this pre-existing trend, and what employers, including law firms, can consider to stave the exodus of women from the practice of law.
