For New York Attorneys: Newly admitted attorneys (those admitted to the New York State Bar for two years or less) may participate in Skills CLE courses in  live, nontraditional formats, where questions are allowed during the program (through October 31, 2020 per recent guidance of the CLE Board – for more information, click here).

Program Fee:

$229 for Members | $329 for Nonmembers
In-House Counsel: Free for Members | $279 for Nonmembers
Members who are Recent Law Graduates, Newly Admitted Lawyers (admitted for the first time in any state or country 2018-2020), Judges, or attorneys that practice within the Government, Academic or Not-for-Profit sectors attend this program for free.

Learn how to win your cases from the experts. Three renowned criminal defense lawyers will discuss the strategies that they have found successful in winning criminal jury trials. The panel will discuss critical trial issues that can make or break a case, including:
  • Jury selection
  • Use of demonstratives
  • Opening statements
  • Brief and cross examination of expert witnesses
  • Closing statements
