Description:
A panel of litigators practicing with small law firms or solo will discuss challenge and opportunities for litigators arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic.  The speakers will discuss, and will take questions on, the following topics related to litigation during the pandemic:

  • How Small Law Firms and Solo Practitioners Can Keep Their Cases Moving While the World Battles a Pandemic
  • Litigation Surrounding Business Interruption Coverage for COVID-19 Losses
  • Opportunities for Small Law Firms and Solo Practitioners in Commercial and Bankruptcy Litigation Practice During the Coronavirus Crisis
