Science has demonstrated a profound connection between the production of meat and dairy products and some of the greatest environmental and public health challenges currently facing mankind: global warming, air and water pollution, and antibiotic-resistant diseases. A panel of experts will discuss the environmental and public health impacts of animal agriculture and related legislation and policy recommendations.
