Hon. Katherine B. Forrest, United States District Judge, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York

During her lecture on Big Data, Exclusionary Behavior and Economic Efficiency, Judge Forrest will address a number of important antitrust implications raised by Big Data, including defining actionable exclusionary behavior, understanding the scope of "product" markets and competition, and conduct that promotes or detracts from economic efficiency.  Following the lecture, Judge Forrest will engage in a question and answer session.  The event will conclude with a cocktail reception.  

These lectures are made possible by a generous endowment fund established by Professor Handler and are devoted to developments in antitrust law.
