Interconnectedness: Being Mindful of our Networks
Thursday, November 14, 2013, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
There is no charge for this program.
42 West 44th Street
New York, NY 10036

We grow up thinking we are responsible for the work we do and so overlook the obvious - all work requires collaboration. We seldom pay appropriate attention to our knowledge networks, the people who enable us to get our job done. We'll do an exercise to help make us more mindful of them and our relationships with the many people with whom we are interconnected in life and work.

John McIlwain teaches meditation in Washington, DC, where he is on the Teachers Council of the Insight Meditation Community of Washington, and in New York City and Maine. He has practiced law in New York and Washington, DC. Presently he is a Senior Fellow at the Urban Land Institute.
