In this seminar, a panel including experienced construction attorneys, will provide a practical introduction to construction contracts. The panel will discuss different types of construction agreements and the advantages and disadvantages of using standardized forms of construction contracts. The panel will also provide an in-depth analysis of the major topics within Owner/Architect agreements, Owner/Contractor agreements and Contractor/Subcontractor agreements. Through its presentation, the panel will highlight each party’s preferred position and a proposed resolution, using case studies and real-world examples. Who should attend?
