This seminar will teach attendees how to write and edit better license agreements. Intended for those regularly called upon to draft, edit or negotiate license agreements for their clients, this seminar will focus on key preparation and drafting steps. Seminar highlights also include discussion of the meanings and best forms of specific license provisions. In addition, seasoned contract-drafter Paul C. Jorgensen will provide valuable instruction on:
