Current Issues in Insurance Regulation 2014

CLE Information: States sometimes do not approve a program for credit before the program occurs. This course is expected to qualify for 3.75 CLE credit hours in 60-minute-hour states, and 4.5 credit hours in 50-minute-hour states. This transitional program is approved for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys in NY. For more information about CLE accreditation in your state, visit or contact Ninah Moore at 312/988-5498 two weeks prior to the conference for confirmation of the number of CLE credit hours requested by the ABA or credits approved by any particular state.

As the rules governing financial services industries continue to directly impact the insurance industry and the regulatory landscape, we will explore "hot" topics, including: the Creation, Use and Regulation of Captives; Washington on Insurance; Global Insurance Initiatives, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act after January 1, 2014; and the always-stimulating Commissioners' Roundtable.
