C. Scott Hemphill, Professor of Law, Columbia Law School

Professor Milton Handler and the New York City Bar Association established the Milton Handler lectures in 1973 to explore significant developments in antitrust law and policy. The lectures have since become a landmark event for the antitrust community and have made significant contributions to the advancement of antitrust law.

This year’s lecture will feature a panel discussion with an FTC Commissioner and economist, leading academics, and a jurist in the field of antitrust law. With the diverse perspectives these speakers represent, the discussion will focus on what lies ahead for antitrust law and enforcement in the U.S. and internationally. Please join us for what promises to be a stimulating and interactive program.
