Looking across generations from the Traditionalists, to Boomers, to Gen X, and to Millennials one sees a mix of commonalities and differences. It is understanding and appreciating the differences that will determine the long-term success of companies. We need to examine what is important to each generation, what their values are and how those beliefs and values were formed.

Topics include: Understanding the life shaping events of each generation, The impact of the values of each generation when dealing with each other, What leaders need to know when managing different generations, What everyone needs to know in building client relationships across generations. All of these topics will be explored when we look at each generation separately and talk about what happens when generations collide. How can we minimize the mutual frustrations and take full advantage of the diversity workplaces represent? Finally, how does a leader manage such a diverse group and how is equity manifest when the reward requirements become so different?
