The Pregnancy Discrimination Act turns 35 this month. Since its passage, women have entered the workforce in record numbers and assumed positions of power in many fields. Yet pregnancy discrimination persists and new battles have arisen. Our distinguished panel will discuss the gains, losses and next steps from the perspective of the EEOC, a non-profit organization, academia and private practice.
