This program will focus on topical issues affecting practitioners who are hiring, such as the upcoming New York City ban on salary history questions and other regulations, and the role they play in inequality. We will cover how to avoid pitfalls and furthering inequality, and promote gender, transgender, racial, and religious equality in the workplace.
