Description:
The City Bar’s In-House/Outside Litigation Counsel Working Group exists to study both the business and legal aspects of the working relationship between in-house counsel and their outside litigators.

In this 45 minute program, which we liken to a “fireside chat,” Zach Stern, Deputy General Counsel and Head of Litigation at PwC LLP, will provide his insights about how in-house practitioners can derive the most value from their relationships with their outside litigators. He will be joined by his frequent outside counsel and trusted advisor, Jim Cusick of King & Spalding, to discuss ways practitioners -- both in-house and on the outside -- can manage this relationship to optimize its effectiveness to achieve the goals of both.

Zachary Stern, Deputy General Counsel and Head of Litigation, PwC LLP
James P. Cusick, Partner, King & Spalding

Moderator:
