Description:
Learn about the requirements and application process to be appointed to the Criminal Justice Act Panel in the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. The panel will include directors of the Criminal Justice Act Mentorship Program for the Southern District of New York and the new mentorship program in the Eastern District which began just this year. Both programs are geared towards identifying and preparing a diverse group of state practitioners for federal criminal practice on the panels.
