Have you ever wanted to support, advocate or otherwise be an ally for people and/or communities with a different background or identity than your own? Unsure of what to say, how to behave, or how to get involved? Join us for an interactive panel discussion providing a safe space to learn what leadership behaviors and competencies are necessary for you to be an effective ally across various categories of diversity (race, gender, ability, sexual orientation, etc.) in the workplace and beyond.
