Description:
This event is an opportunity for attorneys from all fields, accountants, other professionals and the general public to hear and ask questions about the tax collection process at the IRS and in New York State, New York City and New Jersey. What do certain collection notices mean and what are the taxpayers’ rights in connection with such notices? What is new in the collection area and what impact does it have on taxpayers?
