This CLE program will bring together leading government enforcers, industry representatives, academics, and private practitioners at the intersection of Antitrust, M&A, and AI. Topics will include: (a) the regulatory and economic landscape underlying the influx of AI-related transactions; (b) competition and national security-related enforcement impacting AI industries and AI technologies; (c) methods for mitigating AI-related risk in M&A transactions; and (d) best practices for using AI tools in M&A deal processes.
