Description:
This program is intended for law students and attorneys who are currently representing or are interested in representing death-row inmates in post-conviction proceedings.  It features nationally recognized death penalty experts, and includes a review of recent Supreme Court decisions, an update on lethal injection litigation, a presentation on developing race-based mitigation in post-conviction and habeas, and a keynote lecture.
