This pro bono CLE program is designed to give practitioners working on child abuse and neglect cases an update on the legal issues impacting the litigation of proceedings based upon the theory of res ipsa loquitur ("the thing speaks for itself”). This program will consist of a panel of judges and lawyers who will provide Family Court practitioners with a case law update and perspectives from the bench.
