In the wake of New York's Marriage Equality Act, the practice of family law has significantly changed. Is marriage the panacea for parental rights in LGBT families? Are second parent adoptions still necessary or desirable? Hear from a panel of experienced practitioners about legal developments related to these issues -- and more, including surrogacy, de facto parenting, and the portability of parental status.
